Northampton is Michelle’s adopted home. She grew up on the remote island of St Helena before moving to the UK in 2000, where she began her career as a dental nurse in the Royal Air Force.

Michelle later became a dental nurse trainer and joined our team in 2009. Over her tenure at EPD, she has progressed from nurse to lead nurse, including specialist periodontal and implant nursing, as well as trained and guided our dental nursing team from new nurses through to full qualification and registration.

Now, as our Practice Co-ordinator, she oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs seamlessly and that our clinical team consistently delivers the highest standards of care to patients and staff alike.
